The PIemuNt chèINa (PININ) project aims to increase the quality and perception of high-end Piemontese agri-food products by introducing technologies for the traceability and authentication of agri-food products, for  innovation in the marketing of products of the food chain, and the protection of intellectual property rights of quality Piemontese agri-food brands through the detection of fakes and scams.

The innovative core technologies of the project, Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence and Big Data, IoT, Augmented Reality, but also the Geoweb and Business Processes, will simultaneously create an innovative system for tracking food products throughout the supply chain, from raw materials to the consumer, and introduce innovative services for the consumer. The goal is also to avoid waste in a circular economy, facilitating the management of expiring products, promoting products to KM0 and introducing controls in the food chain to certify sustainability through technological platforms.

Develop new computerized organizational models for the management of home hospitalization in all its phases. A solution to support doctors and patients that leverages the Internet of Medical Things, Artificial Intelligence, and data processing.
