“Augeos Claim Manager” (hereinafter: ACM) is Augeos’ solution dedicated to operational complaint handling. It provides the compliance office not only with a powerful IT instrument, but also with a rigorous methodological framework that guides in the definition of the steps necessary for the complete management of the complaint:
- Acquisition of structured information essential for the completion of the contents of the complaint
- Interfacing with other modules of the GRC platform (e.g. the Loss Data Collection of “Risk Shelter”) or with third-party solutions (e.g. ABI. TRIMCLAIM)
- Document management of attachments
- Monitoring by indicators of the development of complaints
- Actuation of mitigation and control activities through the planning and monitoring of interventions
